Job Description
Foundation Academy is looking for a Math Teacher (6-8) to join their team. The ideal candidate is an expert educator with a creative approach to teaching critical thinking, cultural competencies, and rigorous lessons. The teacher will be responsible for planning and delivering standards-aligned lessons, providing engaging instruction, and creating a structured and inclusive classroom environment.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent)
- NJ certification in Elementary K–6 and 5-8 Middle School Math Specialization or K-12 Math Specialization
- 2+ years working in an urban education setting preferred
- Must have a track record of measurable success and achievement
