Paraprofessional (K-12) 2026-2027

Foundation Academy Collegiate is seeking a Paraprofessional to assist teachers with lesson delivery and provide one-on-one or small-group support to students. The ideal candidate is an expert educator with a creative approach to equipping scholars with critical thinking and cultural competencies.

Requirements

• Must possess passed ETS Para-Pro Assessment (456) or NJ Substitute certification by start date.
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Strong time management, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills.
• 2+ years working in an urban education setting preferred
• Must have a track record of measurable success and achievement
