Job Description
Foundation AI is seeking a highly detail-oriented and knowledgeable Subject Matter Expert (SME) to support its Legal Operations team in managing and resolving document-type queries, providing litigation and Personal Injury (PI) process guidance, and supporting operational quality and turnaround time (TAT) objectives.
Requirements
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in legal operations, litigation support, or document review
- Hands-on experience working on Personal Injury (PI), Claim Litigation matters and legal documentation
- Strong understanding of litigation workflows and legal processes
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy in reviewing legal documents
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced operational environment
