Individual Giving Advisor

Foundation for Blind Children is seeking a full-time Individual Giving Advisor to join their Development Team. The role will grow sustainable philanthropic revenue by building and managing a qualified portfolio of current and prospective donors, and will develop personalized cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship strategies to deepen donor engagement and increase major and planned gift support.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field
• At least five years of nonprofit or philanthropy experience in Individual Giving
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Familiarity with fundraising software (Salesforce experience strongly preferred)
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and comply with data governance standards
• Must possess or be able to obtain an Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card
• Ability to travel independently in the greater Phoenix area
