We are working with a highly prestigious managing agent to support in the recruitment for a Property Services Manager at a retail destination in the heart of Plymouth. This role will offer you the opportunity to join a number of exciting developments at the site, and join an experienced and driven team at one of the leading businesses in the UK.

Requirements

• Experience managing large and complex budgets, including service charge budgets
• Experience managing sub-contractors throughout significant refurbishments projects, fit-outs and developments
• Engineering understanding in a similar large and customer-focused environment
• Health & Safety experience in a similar environment, with relevant qualifications such as IOSH or NEBOSH
