Operations Manager position at a large shopping centre in West Yorkshire. The successful candidate will develop and lead the operational success of the Centre to a high standard, providing the best standards of customer satisfaction, compliance and operational efficiency.
Requirements
- Management experience within shopping centre, venue or retail environment is essential.
- Experience overseeing facilities management is essential.
- Experience managing budgets and expenditure is essential.
- Strong people management skills and excellent communication skills.
- IOSH or NEBOSH qualified.
