Commercial Lines Account Manager

Commercial Lines Account Manager leads the team in developing strategy for retention of renewals and new business acquisition, exercises discretion and independent judgement on accounts, and maintains strong relationships with clients and carriers.

Requirements

• Develops retention strategy and new business acquisition meetings with producer
• Gathers data from client: applications, loss runs, inspections etc to submit to market
• Attends marketing and carrier meetings
• Analyzes client data to determine client needs and identify potential exposures
• Ability to build good working relationships with Producers and team members to work as a part of a team
