Foundation Risk Partners is adding a Employee Benefits Sales Consultant to their Corporate Synergies team in New York City Metro Region. The successful candidate will develop and maintain a pipeline of new potential clients, analyze and develop comprehensive solutions to meet clients' goals, and partner with Account Management to ensure the success of new business and retention of existing business.
Requirements
- Establish and build strong, integrity based relationships with C-level managers for companies of 100 employees plus
- Identify new potential clients and develop strategies to convert them to FRP clients
- Attend industry events to sources referrals and increase industry knowledge
- Meet or exceed set annual sales goals
