Job Description
Bulgarian Customer Advisor is seeking a native or fluent Bulgarian speaker with excellent English communication skills to join our Customer Support team. The role involves providing efficient customer support, maintaining technical knowledge of client products, and adhering to company procedures. This is a multicultural environment within a leading entertainment technology company.
Requirements
- Proficient level of Bulgarian (C1)
- Intermediate level of English (B1)
- Previous experience in Customer Service preferred
