Customer Service Advisor with Norwegian and English: respond to consumer queries, resolve customer contacts, and deliver excellent customer care.
Requirements
- Very good command of written and spoken Norwegian (minimum C1 level)
- Good command of English language (at least level B2)
- Experience in a contact center or customer facing role (beneficial)
- Ability to adapt quickly to changes in products, process and technology
- Proven track record of excellent attendance and time-keeping
- Good computer literacy
