Customer Support Specialist with Turkish and English, processing inbound calls/chats/e-mails, solving customer service issues and problems, and proactively providing support and assistance to colleagues.
Requirements
- Excellent command of Turkish language (at least level C1)
- Good command of English language (at least level B2)
- Experience in a contact center or customer facing role is beneficial
- Can adapt quickly to changes in products, process and technology
- Has proven track record of excellent attendance and time-keeping
- Has good computer literacy
