Job Description
Join our team and work with us. We're looking for a Danish-speaking Customer Service Representative to become part of our Danish Customer Advisor team, handling customer inquiries, developing technical knowledge, and maintaining administrative documents.
Requirements
- Danish on a native language level or very high level (C2)
- English on an intermediate level (B1)
- Strong communication skills - excellent telephone skills, active listening, and strong written competencies
- Analytical skills and problem-solving skills with a strong attention to detail
- EU citizenship or a valid work permit for Cyprus
- To be locally resident or willing to relocate to Larnaca, Cyprus (work from the office)
