Job Description
We are looking for a Dutch Customer Advisor for a Video Game Brand to join our customer support team in Lisbon, Portugal. The role involves responding to customer enquiries, maintaining product knowledge, and processing correspondence. The company is a world market leader in gaming consoles and a production company.
Requirements
- Proficient level of Dutch (C1)
- Intermediate level of English (B1)
- Previous experience in Customer Service preferred
- Impeccable communication skills
- Calm, cool, and level-headed attitude
- Excellent self-organizing skills

- Ability to work under pressure
- Adaptability
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Pack (Word, Excel)
