Job Description
The company is seeking an English Customer Advisor to provide excellent customer service within a leading provider of hearing solutions. The role involves responding to customer enquiries, maintaining technical knowledge, and handling correspondence. Requirements
- Proficient level of English (C1)
- Previous experience in Customer Service preferred
- Impeccable communication skills
- Calm, cool and level-headed attitude
- Excellent self-organizing skills

- Ability to work under pressure
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Pack (Word, Excel)
- EU citizenship or valid work permit
