French Customer Advisor for a leading provider of hearing solutions - Budapest, Hungary

We are looking for a French Customer Advisor to join our team in Budapest, Hungary. The successful candidate will provide exceptional customer service and support to our French-speaking clients.

Requirements

• Native or Proficient level of French (C2)
• Intermediate level of English (B2)
• Previous experience in Customer Service preferred
• Impeccable communication skills
• A calm, cool and level-headed attitude in every situation
• Excellent self-organizing skills
• A proactive approach and willingness to work on own initiative
• Ability to work under pressure, in order to achieve deadlines and KPI’s
• Ability to adapt to a continuously changing environment and procedures
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Pack (Word, Excel)
• Must hold EU citizenship or valid work permit
