Job Description
We are seeking a talented German Team Manager to supervise a team, coach advisors, and ensure client/corporate goals are met. The role involves clear communication, problem-solving, and performance management, with a focus on teamwork and compliance. This is a 100% on-site position in Porto, Portugal.
Requirements
- Native or proficient level of German
- Proficient level of English (C1 and above)
- Minimum of 6 months of call center experience as Team Manager or product specialist
- Excellent telephone, keyboard, verbal and written communication skills
- Good numeric and verbal reasoning skills
- Effective time management
- Availability to work 100% on-site in Porto
- Bachelor’s degree or directly related work experience
- Experience with policy work
- Experience with technology
