Job Description
Looking for a native or fluent Hungarian and Romanian customer service specialist to join our Hungarian and Romanian customer support team at a leading computer and electronics brand. This role involves resolving customer queries, offering specialized support, building relationships, and meeting performance goals. The position offers a multicultural environment and opportunities for professional growth.
Requirements
- Native or Proficient level of Hungarian (C2)
- Advanced level of Romanian (at least C1)
- Experience in Customer Service preferred
- Impeccable communication skills
- Calm, cool, and level-headed attitude
- Excellent self-organizing skills
- Willingness to work under pressure and deadlines
- Ability to adapt to changing environments
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Pack (Word, Excel)
