The Marketing & Communications Specialist supports the execution of Foundever’s regional and global marketing, communications, and employer-brand initiatives. The ideal candidate is highly organised, execution-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, multi-region environment, collaborating closely with Marketing, Talent Acquisition, HR, Sales, and Operations team.
Requirements
- Advanced level of English and Greek skills (C1 at least)
- 3–5 years’ experience in a marketing, communications, or employer-brand role
- Strong written communication skills with the ability to tailor messages for different audiences
- Experience supporting multi-channel marketing campaigns
- Strong organisational and project-management skills
- Comfortable working across multiple stakeholders and geographies
- Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace and common marketing tools
- Must hold EU citizenship or valid work permit for Greece
