Requirements
- Good command of the German language (C1 level)
- Good knowledge of the English language (at least B2 level)
- Experience in a contact center or customer-oriented function is an advantage
- Can quickly adapt to changes in products, procedures, and technologies
- Has excellent attendance and time management
- Has good computer skills
