Job Description
Foundever is seeking a talented Spanish Trainer to deliver training needs assessments, curriculum design, and program management. This role involves instructional design, direct teaching, and maintaining positive learning environments, and requires strong communication and problem-solving skills. The Trainer will also ensure compliance with all company policies and client requirements.
Requirements
- Native or Proficient level of Spanish (C2)
- Advanced level of English (at least C1) both verbal and written
- Good organization/time management skills
- Ability to work with a variety of people
