Requirements

• Support customers through responding to questions and resolving issues via phone and email
• Taking control of situations and making swift, accurate decisions to effectively resolve customer issues
• Providing customers with accurate and reliable information and support regarding products and services while maintaining high quality and efficiency standards
• Responding to customer inquiries in a timely and procedurally consistent manner, including escalating cases as needed
• Understanding customer needs to provide the best solutions aligned with key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Simultaneously working in multiple systems to quickly and accurately update electronic data
• Proactive support of colleagues and team collaboration
