We are looking for a Swedish Customer Advisor to join our team in Lisbon, Portugal. As a customer advisor specialist, your daily responsibilities will include providing first contact resolutions to customer queries, offering specialized customer support, and building meaningful relationships with customers.

Requirements

• Native or proficient level of Swedish (C2)
• Advanced level of English (at least C1) both verbal and written
• Strong communication skills
• Analytical and problem solving skills
• EU citizenship or valid work permit for Portugal
• Willingness to relocate to Portugal (work on site - Lisbon)
