Job Description
As the Case Manager, you will be responsible for planning and treating individual children, families, or assigned groups by performing a variety of regular tasks.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in social work or a degree in a human services related field
- 2 years of experience in child welfare or a Master's Degree in Human Services
- Prior experience in working with Foster and Adoptive families
- Self-driven/reliant and able to work independently as well as part of a team
- Strong organizational skills
- Empathy/compassion to build trust-based relationships
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
