Four Seasons is seeking a Reservations Agent to join their Sales and Marketing department at the Grand-Hôtel du Cap-Ferrat, A Four Seasons Hotel in Cap Ferrat, France. As a key member of the team, the successful candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing reservations, ensuring excellent customer experience, and collaborating with the Revenue Manager and Reservations Manager to optimize occupancy and average price.

Requirements

• Ensure a telephone and instant messaging experience that meets excellence standards
• Manage reservation requests by email, phone, and chat, according to Four Seasons and Palace standards
• Verify the accuracy of information in systems and ensure the strict confidentiality of data
• Handle late cancellations and no-shows in accordance with current policies
• Master and apply international quality standards
