Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role, ideally in a luxury hotel environment
• Good communication skills in French, both spoken and written
• An intermediate level of English is required
• Strong customer service orientation and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage stress positively and stay efficient in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable standing, walking for extended periods, and lifting up to 13 kg
• Flexible schedule with the ability to work all shifts: days, nights, weekends and holidays
