Auxiliar de áreas públicas

Four Seasons is seeking a Public Areas Assistant to maintain the cleanliness and presentation of public areas in the resort, ensuring a welcoming and hygienic environment for guests, visitors, and colleagues. The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent, 2+ years of experience in a similar role, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Requirements

• Maintain public areas in optimal condition, including lobbies, hallways, public restrooms, event spaces, elevators, stairs, and entrances.
• Restock supplies in public restrooms (toilet paper, soap, towels, etc.).
• Collect and dispose of waste in public areas.
• Polish surfaces, doors, railings, mirrors, windows, and floors to resort standards.
• Report any defects, damages, or maintenance needs to the supervisor.
• Support event staff with cleaning before, during, and after events.
• Follow safety, hygiene, and proper use of cleaning products protocols.
• Assist the housekeeping department as needed.
