Job Description
The Four Seasons Resort LÄna'i is looking for a Banquet House Attendant who shares a passion for excellence and who infuses enthusiasm into everything they do. The Banquet House Attendant is an essential member of the Food & Beverage team dedicated to providing exceptional quality and service to our guests.
Requirements
- Support events from planning, setup, and execution to breakdown
- Contribute to smooth transitions so events are ready for the next dayāor the next hour
- Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 80 lbs, and push/pull as needed during shifts
- Weekend and Holiday availability required.
- Ability to accurately read and work with computer systems.
- Excellent communication skills with a guest-focused approach
