We are looking for a passionate and motivated Commis de salle (H/F) to join one of our exceptional teams in our chic bistrot La VĂ©randa or our restaurant Club Dauphin at the Grand-HĂŽtel du Cap-Ferrat, A Four Seasons Hotel.
Requirements
- Current French language skills
- Good level of English
- Hotel training
- Previous experience in a 5-star hotel or Palace
- Mastering the techniques of setting up, clearing and serving
- Sense of service and detail, rigour and team spirit
- Sleek presentation, punctuality and reactivity
- Autonomy, versatility and desire to learn in an environment of excellence
