Job Description
Four Seasons is seeking a Commis Sommelier to assist the Sommeliers in the beverage service, ensuring an exceptional wine experience for our clientele. The Commis Sommelier will manage and service aperitifs, wines and champagnes in accordance with the excellence standards of Restaurant Le Cinq***. A common level of French and English is required. The position is based in Paris.
Requirements
- 5 years of experience in wine industry
- Holder of a work permit conform to French legislation
- Possession of a sommelier certification or equivalent
- Knowledge of wine service standards and procedures
- Excellent teamwork, presentation and interpersonal skills
