This includes managing client relationships, ensuring event execution meets Four Seasons standards, and supervising a team of Conference Services Coordinators.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Conference Services or a related field
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Event Management, or a related field
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
• Strong leadership skills and ability to manage a team
