Front Desk Receptionist

Four Seasons Hotel London at Tower Bridge is seeking a Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. This is a key, visible role within the hotel, suited to a confident and service-driven professional who takes pride in delivering exceptional guest experiences. The role involves managing check-ins and check-outs, responding to guest requests, and working closely with colleagues across the hotel to ensure every stay is smooth, thoughtful, and reflective of Four Seasons standards.

Requirements

• Previous Front Desk or guest facing experience in a hotel environment
• Strong communication skills and confident guest interaction
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational ability
• Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
• Experience using Opera PMS or similar systems is preferred
• Positive attitude and genuine passion for hospitality
