The Greensman I position is responsible for all facets of golf maintenance, with an emphasis on leadership, training, and communication. The role requires a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and ability to work with and lead a crew.

Requirements

• Previous experience in golf course maintenance, groundskeeping, landscaping, or equipment operation
• Ability to safely operate a wide variety of golf course maintenance equipment and small engines
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality and consistency
• Willingness to learn new tasks and adapt to changing priorities and environmental conditions
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team while taking direction from supervisors
• Physical ability to perform manual labor for extended periods, including lifting, bending, walking, and standing outdoors in various weather conditions
• Basic understanding of safety procedures and readiness to follow established policies
