Job Description
Four Seasons is seeking a Guest Relations Agent to welcome and register hotel guests, check guests out, and respond to guest requests while providing exceptional customer service.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of hotel front desk/reception experience
- Excellent personal presentation and interpersonal skills
- Strong time management skills and ability to multi-task
- Ability to operate computer equipment and knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Opera, and HotSOS
