Requirements
- Coordinate and direct Housekeeping activities
- Answer and manage Housekeeping telephone and guest requests
- Operate PMS and HotSOS systems
- Monitor Out of Order rooms and follow up on discrepant or incomplete work
- Prepare and track maintenance work orders
- Handle guest laundry requests
- Assist across Housekeeping operations as assigned
