Housekeeping House Attendant

Four Seasons Resort Lāna’i is looking for a House Attendant who shares a passion for excellence and who infuses enthusiasm into everything they do. The House Attendant is an integral part of the Housekeeping Team who collectively is responsible for the cleanliness and attention to detail of the hotel.

Requirements

• Supports a team of Room Attendants by ensuring guest room supplies are well stocked, trash and debris are removed from the rooms, and maintaining general cleanliness of guest floors and rooms.
• Assist with transporting rollaway beds and other larger items requested by our guests.
• Assist with responsibilities and duties in the absence or heavy volume in the areas of Lobby Attendant and Room Attendant.
• Find opportunities to personalize the service experience for each guest
• Responding promptly to guest requests for additional items such as rollaway beds, cribs, and extra pillows.
• Assisting with room setups for children’s amenities and VIP guests, and maintaining cleanliness of lanai furniture and windows.
• Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and push/pull as needed during shifts
• Strong Customer Service skills
• High level of attention to detail and a strong work ethic
• Weekend and holiday availability required
