Job Description
The In Room Dining Server role at Four Seasons involves delivering food orders, greeting guests, and communicating options for removal of trays and dishware. The role also requires breaking down, cleaning, and setting up room service tables, condiment set-ups, flatware, dishware, and room service side stations. Anticipate guest needs, ascertain satisfaction, and offer suggestions, and respond urgently and appropriately to guest concerns and requests.
Requirements
- Prior customer service experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
