Requirements
- Maintain professional and harmonious relationships with colleagues, supervisors, and all departments.
- Comply with Four Seasons Work Rules & Standards of Conduct (Category 1 & 2) as set forth in EmPact.
- Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly and appropriately to concerns or requests.
- Assist in other departmental areas as needed.
- Provide engaging explanations of food & beverage menu items, including origin, taste, and preparation.
- Enter orders accurately into the POS system and communicate them to kitchen/bar teams.
- Verify completed orders and serve guests in a timely manner.
- Break down, clean, and set up tables and drink stations.
- Perform duties assigned by the Outlet Manager.
- Accurately process guest checks and handle cash/credit card payments.
- Properly settle voided checks and complimentary items.
- Be mindful of spoilage and contribute to cost control.
