Job Description
Four Seasons Hotel Kuala Lumpur is looking for an IT Executive to join their team. The role involves maintaining the effective operation, maintenance, and security of all computer systems, networks, and data communication technologies within the hotel.
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
- 1–3 years of IT support experience; hospitality experience preferred
- Good knowledge of Windows systems, networks (LAN/Wi-Fi), and IT hardware
- Familiarity with hotel systems (PMS, POS, keycard) is an advantage
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and customer service mindset
- Able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Team player with attention to detail
- Excellent reading, writing, and oral proficiency in English language
- Must be able to speak, read, and write Bahasa Malaysia
- Must have the right to work in Malaysia
