The Manager in Training (MIT) Programme at Four Seasons is an 18-month accelerated development journey designed for high-potential individuals with the ambition to grow into future hospitality leaders.
Requirements
- Preferably with a degree in Hospitality Management or its equivalent
- Potential to lead and motivate others
- Curiosity and interest in the luxury market

- Previous experience within Four Seasons (or a top luxury group) will be an advantage
