Job Description
Four Seasons is seeking a Pastry Cook 3 to prepare sweet items, pastries, cakes, ice creams, sorbets, fruit compotes, chocolates, and show pieces according to guest orders and banquet event orders. The role requires attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work harmoniously with co-workers and supervisors.
Requirements
- High school education, cooking school, culinary institute education or equivalent experience
- Minimum one-year culinary experience
- Basic culinary knowledge and working knowledge of commercial baking equipment
- Proficient knife skills and ability to multi-task
- Ability to safely operate, maintain, and clean commercial baking equipment
