People & Culture (HR) Coordinator

Four Seasons Hotel Austin is seeking a People & Culture Coordinator to join our dynamic People & Culture Team, supporting key functions like recruitment, selection, onboarding, benefits enrollment, learning, and employee relations. The role requires excellent communication skills, administrative experience, and the ability to learn and grow.

Requirements

• Previous experience in HR or hospitality
• Knowledge of common administrative tasks and proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Excellent reading, writing, and oral proficiency in the English language
• Welcoming and engaging with the ability to learn and grow
• Ability to operate computer equipment, technology, and other HR databases (Workday experience preferred)
• Ability to multi-task, work autonomously, and collaborate
• Showcase creativity through various means such as presentation-making and event planning
• Bi-lingual in English and Spanish (preferred)
• US work authorization
