Pool Host is responsible for creating a warm and welcoming experience for guests at the Four Seasons Hotel Nashville's Rooftop & Pool. The role involves managing seating, reservations, and guest flow, as well as providing exceptional customer service and hospitality.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Six to twelve months of experience in restaurants, food & beverage, or a related hospitality environment
- Strong communication skills and proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English
- Ability to operate computer equipment and reservation systems
