Pool Server at Four Seasons Miami, responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences and maintaining high standards of quality, professionalism, and friendliness.
Requirements
- Conduct all opening procedures
- Offer guests an enjoyable and expertly served beverage/dining experience
- Anticipate and service of guests' requirements
- Serve and clear food and beverage items
- Complete opening and closing sidework
- Wipe down, set up and move pool deck equipment
- Utilize the hotel's computer system
- Ascertain a guest's satisfaction and handle any problem
- Report any accident immediately
- Recognize and address potential intoxicated, disruptive or undesirable guests
