Job Description
Four Seasons Hotel Miami is looking for a Pool Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day operations of the pool deck, supervise staff, and provide exceptional service to guests and residents. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of supervisory experience in a food and beverage role, excellent organizational skills, and a high work ethic.
Requirements
- 1-2 years supervisory experience in a food and beverage related role
- Ability to work inside and outside while servicing the Pool area
- Continuous standing for up to 8 hours a day
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs
- Reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English language
