Four Seasons is seeking a Public Relations & Marketing Manager to join the Commercial Team, responsible for supporting initiatives that enhance visibility and strengthen the hotel's reputation across global and local markets.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of three years' experience in public relations, gained within a communications agency, hotel group, or luxury, fashion, or FMCG brand.
- Strong media relations expertise, supported by advanced experience and an established network of media contacts.
- Proven experience managing social media platforms, with a strong understanding of content planning, engagement, and brand alignment.
- Highly creative mindset with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics, including photography, visual storytelling, and brand presentation.
- Solid knowledge of graphic production processes and the development of marketing collateral.
- Experience coordinating and overseeing photo shoots and video productions, from planning through execution.
- Strong understanding of journalism principles and familiarity with broadcast production processes.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Portuguese and English; additional languages are considered an asset.
- Demonstrated ability to craft compelling narratives and adapt messaging across multiple audiences and communication channels.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Publisher.
