Job Description
Join Four Seasons Resort Rancho Encantado Santa Fe as a Regular Full-Time Front Desk Supervisor and contribute to delivering exceptional guest experiences. As a collaborative team player with strong leadership and interpersonal skills, you will oversee Front Desk operations and team members, ensuring a smooth and pleasant guest experience from arrival through departure. With a passion for hospitality and a commitment to service excellence, you will be responsible for managing labor and expenses, problem-solving, and training and developing Front Desk Agents.
Requirements
- 2+ years of hospitality supervisory experience
- Proficiency in hotel property management systems (Opera preferred)
- Bilingual- English and Spanish- preferred
- Ability to stand/move behind the desk and around the hotel for the entire shift
- Flexible schedule- availability to work evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays
