Four Seasons is seeking a Restaurant Host/Hostess to greet and seat guests, coordinate reservations, and respond to inquiries in a sophisticated and modern environment. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of high-volume host/ess experience, excellent personal presentation and interpersonal skills, and strong time management skills.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of high-volume host/ess experience, preferably in a luxury hotel or resort
- Excellent personal presentation and interpersonal skills
- Strong time management skills: ability to multi-task, set priorities, and adjust to changing conditions
- Ability to operate all computer equipment necessary to perform the job; knowledge of Opera and OpenTable preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work closely with other departments and communicate clearly and effectively with colleagues and guests
- Ability to lift, carry, and move up to 10 lbs
