Four Seasons is seeking a Sales Consultant to provide exceptional service to guests and achieve sales targets. The role involves handling telephone and email inquiries, conducting hotel tours, and providing excellent after-sales service.
Requirements
- Be able to handle all telephone or email inquiries and ensure all information data could be delivered timely and correctly
- Good product knowledge of membership card information and hotel facilities
- Collect and register the guest information
- Conduct the sales call as scheduled to prospect for new customer
- Maintain a good relationship with customers
- Deliver the latest F&B promotion information to customers in time
- Concern on all the demand change trend and feedback of customer
- Practices excellent Telesales Handling Skills
- Assist in the compilation of telephone market surveys and competitor researches report
- Ensure to achieve the monthly sales target
- Assist in the distributions of relevant hotel information to clients when required
- Ensures the activities / events Log book is being accurately maintained
- Maintains good relationship with the other department and provides all necessary assistance when required
- Follows up sales task whenever required or assigned by the Project Director of F&B Sales
