Job Description
Four Seasons Hotel Seattle is looking for a Seasonal Pool Server who shares our passion for excellence and is enthusiastic about creating the ultimate dining experience.
Requirements
- Ability to create an outstanding dining experience
- Ability to anticipate and understand the needs of guests and co-workers
- Skilled at being on the guest's side and with assurance, assist them when issues arise
- Experience with name usage and remembering guest's preferences
- Passionate about making others happy through a spirit of hospitality
- Offer friendly and prompt service to our guests
- Set up and break down of pool area, including water and towel stations
- Greeting and seating of hotel guests and residents
- Moving umbrellas and chairs for guests, where necessary
- Replenishment of guest waters and changing of soiled towels where needed
- Assistance with preparation and distribution of hourly pool amenities
