We are seeking a Security Manager to oversee the overall safety, loss prevention, and emergency preparedness of the hotel, ensuring the protection of guests, employees, and property. The role will involve supervising daily security operations, maintaining regulatory compliance, and upholding the discreet, refined atmosphere that defines Four Seasons.
Requirements
- Degree or diploma in Security Management, Law Enforcement, or a related field.
- Knowledge of national security regulations, fire safety codes, and emergency procedures.
- Training and qualification that certifies the role of safety trainer, in accordance with Italian regulations.
- Minimum 3ā5 years of experience in hotel or resort security, including supervisory responsibility.
- Experience in luxury or ultra-luxury hospitality environments, with a strong understanding of guest expectations for discretion and comfort.
- Strong leadership and problemāsolving abilities, with the capacity to perform well under pressure.
- High integrity, cultural sensitivity, and the ability to handle confidential information appropriately.
- Proficiency with MS Office, access control systems and incident management tools.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Fluency in English and Italian and legal permission to work in Italy.
